During a massive heat wave, while trying to sell our home, and while also having a small baby, our AC cut out when it was 100 degrees outside and 90 degrees in the house. We had hired another company to do the fix, and they totally fell off the face of the earth. I called Arp’s, he answered right away, told him the situation, and he even came out to my house that night at 10:00 pm. As soon as the part was sourced, it was installed and we had air again! They’re great communicators, have wonderful prices, and I couldn’t recommend them enough!
This company handled the complete heating installation for my home. I'm definitely happy with the service because they were communicative and easy to cooperate with from the moment I called them until the job was done. The installation process went quite smoothly and the heating system works beautifully. Thumbs up from me!
